For the one who knows me, this is my breakfast and I seem never get bored of it.
I use muffin molds to shape the mini cakes, then I dehydrate them to the point when they are still soft inside and I make a chocolate coating with a bit of honey.
I keep them in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Ingredients: raw oat groats, raisins, dates, goji berries, nuts, papaya, raspberries, banana (optional), cinnamon, cacao paste, baobab or lucuma powder, coconut oil & love.
